Full Support Pty Ltd delivers the NPA Assessment contract on behalf of the Australian Government Department of Social Services.

NPA Assess is managed by Nic Bolto and the services are delivered by a network of 26 skilled and experienced assessors, many with lived experience of disability, situated in local areas reaching from Mt Gambier to Maitland and Canberra to Bruny Island.

Nic is a graduate of the Melbourne Business School, a Winston Churchill Fellow and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He and his wife Kerilee have four children, one of whom lives with psycho-social disability.

He brings expertise to the delivery of NPA Assess having managed these assessments since they were first developed by government in the mid 1990’s for SWS and the early 2000’s for the OSA when he worked as a consultant on the team testing the validity of these assessment tools.

Nic has worked in senior government, corporate and not for profit board and leadership roles and still consults to a range of organisations on market assessment, change, renewal, and performance evaluation.
